Ice Bath
Join us at Alinea for our invigorating breathwork and ice bath sessions, held every Monday and Thursday at 1pm. Our experienced facilitator will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathwork session in our Shala to ground and prepare your body. Then, take the plunge into the refreshing ice baths!

Prepare
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time so ensure we can all start the breathwork together at 1pm. Come wearing a bathing suit and loose fitting/comfortable clothes to ensure comfort for the breathwork, and bring a towel to dry off with. Cost is 250-400 pesos (sliding scale).
