Flower Meditation

Flower Meditation is a cherished weekly practice at Alinea, designed to guide individuals toward enhanced self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-love through breathwork, meditation, and the use of plant medicine.

Our dynamic and expansive Flower Meditation

Sessions are held in an intentional and ceremonial context every Friday at 6pm. Participants are encouraged to go within, utilizing the expanded awareness the plant medicine offers while harnessing the power of our breath as the guide for deep inner navigation and transformation. For those who choose not to partake in plant medicine, this practice of breathwork and deep meditation remains powerful and impactful.

To make the most of your Flower Meditation experience at Alinea, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure we can start the practice promptly at 6:30 PM. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and lie down with ease, and during the winter months, consider bringing a sweater as it can get cool in the evenings. While we provide blankets, mats, and bolsters for your comfort, you are welcome to bring your own blanket if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Lastly, come with an open mind and a respectful attitude to honor this ceremonial practice, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
