    Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is easily distinguished by its focus on passive (yin) postures that minimize muscle activity and stretch connective tissue. The intention is to enter the postures with as little effort as possible. Thus achieving inner calm and the release of deep tensions.

    Hatha Yoga

Slow paced practice with a meditational approach to find inner silence, introspection and presence. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners.

    Vinyasa

Vinyasa class is a dynamic form of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. You will flow through a series of poses in a seamless sequence, creating a meditative and energizing experience. Vinyasa classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

    Slow Vinyasa

Slow Vinyasa is based on the traditional Vinyasa practice, focused on conscious breathing, continuity of postures and fluidity of movement, but here with a slow rhythm, to take the time to inhabit each posture from within.

    Awareness Vinyasa

Awareness Vinyasa is a dynamic but profound practice that invites you to be present in each moment through natural breathing and body awareness. We explore the qualities of the 4 elements that are related to the Chakras and the various aspects of human nature. It is a journey inward, with moments of challenge and others of calm.

    Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle and relaxing practice that aims to soothe the body and calm the mind. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks for support, participants hold poses for extended periods to promote deep relaxation. This practice helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and induce a state of deep rest.

    Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a form of exercises that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Practiced on a mat using gravity as resistance, it emphasizes precise movements and proper alignment to engage the muscles effectively. Participants can expect to improve their posture, develop long, lean muscles, and enhance their mind-body connection through regular practice.

    Awareness Through Movement

Awareness Through Movement is a way of learning to move more freely and easily, to carry less stress and tension in your body, to stop doing the things that cause you pain. Through verbally guided gentle movement and directed attention, it enhances your self awareness to put you back in touch with yourself, with fluid, easy and pleasurable movement that is your birthright. This type of learning is known as “somatic education”.
