Engage in this unique ceremony to connect deeply with yourself and the Alinea community.
What is Rapé and Sananga?
Rapé (pronounced rap-eh) is a sacred Amazonian medicine made from a finely ground blend of medicinal plants, tree bark, and ashes. Traditionally used by indigenous tribes, Rapé is known for its powerful ability to clear the mind, enhance spiritual connection, and facilitate deep healing. During our Rapé ceremony at Alinea, we also incorporate Sananga, a potent eye medicine derived from Amazonian plants, which enhances spiritual vision and opens the energetic pathways. Traditional medicine songs, sung by our skilled facilitators Rodrigo and Marciano, create a sacred and harmonious atmosphere, guiding participants through their journey and deepening the healing experience. This combination of ancient practices offers a profound and transformative experience, fostering connection and inner peace.

How to Prepare
To fully benefit from the Rapé ceremony at Alinea, we recommend fasting for 2-3 hours beforehand, as Rapé can sometimes induce purging.
